Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Pick, stage, and label orders according to pick tickets, RF scanner prompts, or voice-pick instructions.

  • Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets:
  • 30 lines per hour (LPH)

  • 99% pick accuracy (measured by audit/error rate)
  • Verify item numbers, quantities, lot/expiration (if applicable), and location codes before confirming picks.

  • Handle, package, and stage products to prevent damage and maintain quality standards.

  • Replenish forward pick locations as directed; report low stock and location discrepancies.

  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory adjustments as needed.

  • Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques, PPE use, and equipment operation.

  • Keep aisles, workstations, and staging areas clean and organized (5S).
