As a Retail Merchandising Specialist for Pepe Jeans, you will support merchandising operations across our European outlet network, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time. What will the role entail?

• Execute the merchandising strategy for the outlet channel by store, region, and category, ensuring commercial objectives are met across all points of sale
• Plan assortment depth and width based on store typology, adapting the product offer to local market needs and demand patterns
• Manage product allocation and replenishment, coordinating inter-store transfers to optimize stock distribution across the network
