Job Description
Job Purpose:
Highly certified architect with deep cross-vendor domain knowledge, able to work externally with partners, vendors and end customers to develop complex and bespoke technology solutions
Responsibilities:
Helps define appropriate multi-technology solutions to meet customer needs by engaging with end users and resellers
Responsible for project management of internal and external (vendor and partner) resources in delivering complex, multi vendor technical solutions to end users
Some support of internal and external sales teams to deliver technical quotes in line with defined service level agreements (SLA’s)
Develop and manage customer relationships with appropriate contacts.
Co-own and project manage the technical elements of sales opportunities to successful closure
Conduct customer site visits (reseller and end user)
