Provide guidance to less well‑experienced healthcare professionals and sales teams. Complex training issues/activities.

• Business development in selected regions and accounts.
• Develop and implement tenders’ activities.
• Support product inclusion in regional product formularies.
• Tender management initiatives and activities in collaboration with RSM.
• Facilitate training programs, specifically related to ConvaTec products/franchises.
• Conduct product training for HCP F2F remotely.
• Develop and implement account plans.
• Work with regional technical commission stakeholders to introduce and expand new product usage.
• Develop and implement product protocols.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, technical commissions, and key influencers in the region and accounts.
