Job Scope / Description: Lead or assist the DCM team in the syndication and execution of debt and debt-related transactions Provide market update and pricing guidance to support deal origination, structuring and execution, including monitoring rates, credit spreads, comparable transactions, investor sentiment and secondary market performance Coordinate with sales & trading team, issuers, investors and other deal parties during transaction execution, including bookbuilding, order tracking, pricing updates and allocation processes. Support the preparation of pricing recommendations, distribution analysis, investor feedback summaries and post-deal reports for internal stakeholders and issuer clients.
