Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of risk control frameworks and establishment of efficient risk controls across APAC division.
• Be the first point of contact towards 1 LoD, 2 LoD as well as HOs by responding to their queries adequately and timely and participating in clarification calls and discussions.
• Represent the interests of 1LoD control owners and handle requests from front office such as enhancements on system, procedures.
• Deliver training and communication on compliance matters to businesses/stakeholders when needed.
• Collaborate closely with senior management, planning team in SNG/HO and front office to work for the re‑organization, enhancement of TOM or group governance, while evaluating potential risks and challenges as necessary.
• Support the preparation and coordination of meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including Executive Management Committee meetings, and regulatory inspections.
