Process Excellence & Transformation

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of business processes across retail operations, supply chain, and support functions
• Establish standardized operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and governance frameworks
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to eliminate inefficiencies and optimize productivity
• Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions aligned with business growth

Operational Build & Ground Execution

• Work closely with operations teams on the ground (stores, warehouses, distribution) to understand real-time challenges and implement practical solutions
