• Identify, develop, implement, monitor and iterate Division-wide capital management initiatives
• Translate complex model outputs and analysis into clear, actionable strategic recommendations
• Own the development, consolidation, and delivery of the multi-year capital plan for the Division
• Lead the production of solvency forecasts, including the identification and monitoring of emerging risks;
