• Provide administrative and transactional support to Relationship Managers in servicing corporate banking clients.

Communicate daily on banking products and services, including preparing and disseminating indicative loan and fixed deposit rates, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating with back-office departments on matters such as bank statement/advice, and audit request.

• Track and monitor funds related to loans, fixed deposits, trade transactions, remittances, and foreign exchange settlements.
