Job Description What You'll Own ● Own and manage the end-to-end sales funnel to drive higher conversion rates ● Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent project closures ● Drive 12–15 project bookings per month by ensuring strong pipeline management ● Deliver exceptional customer experience and relationship management throughout the sales journey ● Collaborate closely with designers at the Experience Centre to ensure seamless execution of assigned projects ● Actively participate in and contribute to training programs aimed at enhancing customer experience ● Coach and train designers to improve customer interactions and overall experience quality ● Take ownership of centre-level growth, contributing to overall business expansion in the city Roles & Responsibilities What We're Looking For ● Bachelor's degree (B.
