Job Purpose

Part of the Continuous Monitoring team in FAB GIA. Ongoing, data‑driven assurance over critical risk areas, particularly those impacting financial stability, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience. Leveraging advanced analytics, automation, and integration with core banking systems, the CMC continuously tracks key risk indicators (KRIs), control performance metrics, and transactional anomalies across high‑risk domains such as credit risk, AML/CFT, cybersecurity, and market operations. Enabling early detection of control failures or emerging risks, allowing for timely escalation and audit plan recalibration. The CMC also plays a pivotal role in supporting regulatory expectations around dynamic risk management and real‑time governance, often feeding insights into senior management and Board‑level dashboards.
