Job Description
AVP, Account Services Generalist, CBWMO, Group COO-(WD82202)Review and update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) before launch of new processes and/or processes change Prompt management of document archival and retrieval Perform technical verification checks on customer's documents and process customer profile maintenance in Bank's operating systems Toggle between different systems to perform pre-processing and data entries Actively participate in and promptly support UAT/LV for system/workflow enhancements Establish and maintain effective relationship and partnership with key stakeholders Ensure all requests are processed within specified Service standard, timely and accurately Complete ad hoc assignments/tasks assigned within timeline Handle operational issues and provide escalation to management team Review and update system reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis Cha...
