Responsibilities

Manage civil and commercial litigation matters independently.

Handle a broad range of files, including construction and insolvency matters.

Draft pleadings, legal opinions, and other strategic legal documents.

Advise clients with a high degree of autonomy and sound judgment.

Collaborate with partners and the litigation team on complex matters.

Contribute to business development and to the long-term growth of the firm’s practice.

Qualifications

Member of the Québec Bar.

Approximately 7 to 10 years of relevant litigation experience.

Strong background in civil and commercial litigation; exposure to construction and insolvency matters is considered an asset.

Excellent judgment, autonomy, and the ability to manage a substantial workload.
