Aviation Security Screening and Patrolling Manager

Responsibilities

• Leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of aviation security (AVSEC) screening and patrolling processes at IAHC.
• Ensures operational readiness and regulatory compliance while promoting a strong security culture across the Security Staff
• Accountable for designing and delivering screening operations that meet NCASTP and ICAO requirements, conducting audits, inspections, and surveys to verify compliance with security regulations and SOPs.
• Drives continuous improvement in screening operations to mitigate risks and enhances the performance of aviation security (SSP) staff.
