**Technical and Operational Support**

+ Setup and staff events, classes, and meetings.
+ Respond to technical support in our classrooms and event spaces
+ Train and assist our users on our standard AV technology

**Customer Support**

+ Ensure that every event runs smoothly
+ Work with our customers from pre-event meetings through day of event support
+ Build and develop relationships with customers and IT partners across campus
