Job Description
Job Description1) Develop system-level thermal models for automotive cockpit/ADAS ECUs and design competitive thermal solutions.
2) Participate in defining, analyzing, and evaluating SOC TDP (Thermal Design Power).
3) Design, set up, execute, and deliver results for various thermal and TDP experiments to validate SOC and system hardware performance.
4) Plan thermal management solutions for next-generation automotive chips and contribute to defining thermal/power design requirements for chips and systems.
5) Manage technical projects and collaborate with internal teams and customers to support execution throughout the development cycle.
6) Perform thermal simulations and validations, and communicate results with partners.Requirement1) Over 5 years of experience in electronics cooling, with more than 3 years in automotive applications.
2) Proficient in CFD simulations using tools like Icepak and Flotherm.
