Location(s): CDMX

Job Schedule: Hybrid 4 days at the office, 1 day home office | Availability to travel (30% anual)

Education Requirement: Automotive engineer or related (industrial, mechanical engineer)

A Day in the Life:

  • Project management of training process to implement in dealer network.
  • Communication and support to training areas of dealers.
  • Perform activities related to project management: budget control, purchase process and supplier management.
  • Propose and follow up to specific training and career plans according to job positions and KPIs.
  • Measure and analyze the staff turnover and propose strategies to assure the training level in the dealer´s technician.
  • Measure and analyze the performance of the main positions in the dealer network (KIPs impact).
