We’re looking for an experienced automotive diagnostic specialist to support dealerships and repairers with complex vehicle issues. 

You’ll be the escalation point when others can’t fix it — helping reduce downtime and deliver first-time-right repairs. 

What you’ll do 

• Support dealerships and repairers on-site and remotely 
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and drivability faults 
• Use OEM tools (e.g. wiTECH, DiagBOX) for diagnostics, flashing, and parameterization 
• Identify root causes using wiring diagrams and technical documentation 
• Support both individual cases and wider technical issues across fleets
