Autos of Chicago-Arlington Heights is looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead and grow our expanding Service Department. Our service department is currently focused heavily on internal repair orders and recon operations, with significant opportunity to continue growing customer pay business and increase overall production and profitability.




Responsibilities & Duties:



• Oversee all daily operations of the Service Department
• Manage service advisors, technicians, porters, recon staff, and workflow
• Ensure all pending deal GET READY vehicles are prioritized and completed properly
