Insight Global is seeking an Automation Analyst for a leading healthcare organization in Maryland. Reporting into the Director of the Office of Health Analytics and Informatics, this indovidual will evaluate and optimize the use of existing AI and automation tools across clinical, operational, and financial reporting, with a strong emphasis on Core Measures (Quality Reporting) and Clinical Registry/Outcomes workflows. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in modernizing how clinical quality and outcomes data is collected, validated, and reported by streamlining core measure abstraction, enhancing registry reporting processes, and improving overall data pipeline efficiency. This individual will partner closely with clinical, quality, and informatics stakeholders to ensure CMS reporting requirements and registry submissions are met with consistency, accuracy, and audit readiness.
