SUMMARY:
Hlabahlosile is recruiting an experienced Automated Welding Specialist to optimise robotic welding operations, ensure superior weld quality, and drive continuous improvement within the engineering team. POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Robotic Welding & Programming
Develop, optimise, and troubleshoot robotic welding programs
Improve cycle times, reduce waste, and enhance weld quality
Maintain welding documentation and process standards
Conduct weld inspections and coordinate testing
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
Ensure compliance with customer standards (incl. CQI-15)
Assess and improve welding jigs and fixtures
Support tooling and product engineering teams
Apply GD&T and dimension...
