Auto Parts Counter and Sales Representative

Schedule: Mon - Fri Day shift

Hourly Rate: $17- $19

Position Summary

The Auto Parts Counter and Sales Representative provides knowledgeable, friendly service to customers in our showroom and through multiple communication channels. This role supports both in-person retail operations and call center activities, ensuring an exceptional customer experience for automotive enthusiasts. A strong understanding of automotive parts, especially classic and modern Mustangs, is key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in the showroom with selecting and purchasing automotive parts
Answer questions about product specifications, availability, and compatibility
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
Support the call center by answering incoming sales calls and assisting in the queue
