This individual will play a critical role in delivering a best-in-class customer experience by managing the full repair lifecycle—from initial vehicle assessment through final delivery. The ideal candidate will combine technical estimating expertise with strong communication and negotiation skills, working closely with customers and insurance adjusters to ensure accurate, high-quality repairs. This is a relationship-driven position within a premium service environment focused on precision, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Day-to-Day:
• Inspect damaged vehicles and write accurate repair estimates
• Use CCC One / Mitchell systems to document and manage claims
• Communicate with customers throughout the repair process
