About the role

At Vision for Education,we are looking for dedicated and compassionate Autism Support Specialists to join a SEND school setting, supporting students with autism to reach their full academic and personal potential. This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about inclusive education and committed to making a positive impact in the lives of young people.

The Role:


  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with autism
  • Assist students in accessing the curriculum and developing independent learning skills
  • Support emotional regulation, social interaction, and communication needs
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SEN teams, and external professionals
  • Implement personalised support plans and strategies tailored to individual needs
