Full-Time Autism Support Worker
Are you the calm in the chaos, the cheerleader in the classroom, and the smile that makes a difference? Weβre on the lookout for a kind-hearted, can-do support worker to join a fantastic special needs primary school in Whetstone.
Youβll be working full-time, supporting children with autism to thrive in a warm, inclusive environment where every small win is a big deal.
What youβll be doing:
Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with autism.
Working closely with teaching staff and therapists to create a safe, structured and joyful learning environment.
Helping children develop communication, social and emotional skills β and celebrating every step they take.
Bringing positivity, patience and practical strategies to your role, every single day.
