The Vision
We are building a high-performance independence program for neurodivergent teens and young adults (ages 13β22). We are currently in a selective Private Pilot Phase, initially supporting a small circle of friends and family.
Our goal is to move the "classroom" into the real worldβgyms, transit, and workplaces. We are seeking elite, grounded professionals who value relationship-building, sensory regulation, and the "Dignity of Risk" required for true real-world independence.
The Role: Beyond Caregiving
