The Role

Reporting to the Director, Kobo Writing Life (English language), the Author Care Contractorwill join Kobo as an independent contractor for 9 months and will play a vital role in supporting independent authors using Kobo’s self-publishing platform, Kobo Writing Life (KWL). This role will focus on author care with a specialization in finance, assisting authors with questions related to payment schedules and financial processes. You will also contribute to improving the overall author experience by collaborating with the KWL team on various projects, including technical writing and platform optimization.
