Minijob / Montags bis Freitags / Tagschicht

IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Sie kümmern sich um das Wohlbefinden und die Anliegen der Bewohner

  • Sie sind die hausinterne Kommunikationsschnittstelle für Telefongespräche

  • Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für die Kasse und die Stammdatenpflege

  • Sie führen Programmtätigkeiten zur Erleichterung des Empfangsalltags durch

  • Sie organisieren den Postein- und ausgang

  • Sie führen allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten durch

  • Sie haben die Möglichkeit, uns zu den Kernzeiten (montags bis freitags von 08:00 – 18:00 Uhr) zu unterstützen
