Summary The position will serve as a Facility Financial Quality Assurance Officer (Auditor) for Alexandria VA Health Care System (AVAHCS) and may assist and service as a back-up for one or more of the VA Medical Centers within VISN 16. The position will assist the Network Financial Quality Assurance Manager in conducting audits in the areas of finance, acquisition, logistics, and capital asset management. The position will also conduct reviews as required by their direct supervisor. Responsibilities Duties include but not limited to: Provides advice and performs assistance work for the Medical Center and the VISN Financial Quality Assurance Manager. The duties may include ad hoc facility-level data validation for the Medical Center and/or Network level reporting purpose.
