Audit Letter Assistant

Cooley is seeking an Audit Letter Assistant to join the Risk & Compliance team.

Position summary: Under the direction of the Audit Letter Team Manager, the Audit Letter Assistant will work with Audit Letter Analysts to respond to and monitor audit letter requests from the firm's clients. The Assistant will support the process and the Audit Letter Analyst team to ensure all requests are completed in a timely manner and in compliance with ABA guidelines and accordance with firm policies. Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
