Project based Fixed term contractor role

Purpose:

The role will manage and execute external audits of multinational legal entities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Reconciliations
• Build Audit files
• Audit preparation
• Review Annual Financial Statements
• Audit execution - managing audit process from planning to sign‑off, responding to audit queries, ensuring good relationship with auditors
• Work with the business and Central Finance to ensure smooth audit of subsequent years:
  • Internal control reviews to ensure readiness for more efficient auditor approaches (Controls audit vs Substantive audit - reduces sample sizes)
  • Proactive Central Finance accounting reviews
  • Ensure continuous compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards
