This role centers on insurance-related disputes, with an emphasis on representing matters involving automobile and property claims and responding to allegations of bad faith. The position offers broad exposure to litigation strategy, courtroom preparation, and case handling across both state and federal venues.


Responsibilities:

• Manage a docket of litigation matters from initial assessment through resolution in state and federal courts.

• Prepare persuasive motions, briefs, and other legal filings that support case strategy and advance client objectives.
