A growing full-service law firm is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Corporate Associate to join its New York office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2–5 years of M& A experience who is looking for strong deal exposure, meaningful client contact, and a collaborative platform for growth.


Key Responsibilities:



+ Draft, review, and negotiate merger, stock purchase, and asset purchase agreements, letters of intent, and related transaction documents

+ Support buyers, sellers, and management teams in M& A and other complex corporate transactions
