Description We are looking for a litigation attorney to support a busy legal team handling a diverse portfolio of contested matters in Merion Station, Pennsylvania. This Long-term Contract position is well suited for a lawyer with 2-3 years of experience who is comfortable working on cases in both state and federal courts. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to disputes involving contracts, insurance matters, lease disagreements, tax appeal issues, and collections while sharpening writing, analysis, and courtroom preparation skills.

Responsibilities:
