The purpose of this role is to oversee the effective operation of the Prescription Alert System, which serves as a risk management tool used to monitor and manage time-barred matters. The incumbent will ensure that firms are properly registered to utilise the system and that all matters are accurately captured, consistently updated, and managed through to finalisation, thereby mitigating potential risks associated with prescription.
