Market Related based on years' of experienceWe are seeking a well-rounded and experienced Attorney to manage a diverse portfolio of legal matters across multiple forums. The role requires strong litigation, drafting, and advisory skills, with exposure to both private and corporate clients.

Minimum requirements:

LLB degree

Admitted Attorney of the High Court

Minimum 4 years’ post-admission experience

Proven experience in litigation and dispute resolution

Strong drafting and legal research skills

Litigation & Court Appearances

Represent clients in various forums, including the High Court, Regional Court, Maintenance Court, Domestic Violence Court, Traffic Court, CCMA, Labour Court, CSOS, and Municipal Courts/Boards

Manage matters from inception through to finalisation
