This is an opportunity with a market leading international Transactional Risk insurance company for an experienced M&A Lawyer to build a career in the Insurance industry whilst still utilising their legal experience.
Collaborate with leading law firms and other deal advisors as well as financial investors, corporates, and global insurers.
Take on a highly commercial role while continuing to develop your legal and negotiation skills.
1-5 years of M&A experience from a reputable law firm(s) or equivalent in-house role.
