About the Role

The employee monitors all proceedings and attends necessary hearings. In person appearances are occasionally required but efforts are made to keep travel to a minimum. The employee reports to the firm and the client the results of all hearings and establishes any necessary strategy/procedure necessary to the maintenance of each case, including managing litigated files as they arise. The employee responds to client inquiries on the law, process, and procedure and assists clients in establishing proper protocols where necessary.
