Under the general supervision of the Transportation and ADC Manager, the Attended Donations Center Trainer is responsible for training ADC team members at ADC sites, as needed. You are accountable for the overall image, customer service, stewardship of donations, and integrity of donor counts.
Essential Functions:
1. Ensures a work environment for a prompt, friendly, and courteous donor experience.2. Opens and closes an ADC as required, including reporting a donor attendant's absence, assigning duties as applicable, and having complete control of operation functions as assigned.3.
