As an Athletic Performance Coach, you will be embedded within a collaborative, interdisciplinary performance team, working closely with coaches, physiotherapists, and sport science practitioners to deliver an integrated and athlete‑centred approach to development. In this role, you will design, deliver, and evaluate evidence‑based strength and conditioning programmes across a diverse range of sports, supporting both individual athletes and teams. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing performance, reducing injury risk, and supporting long‑term athlete development within a high‑performance system.
