Overview

We are looking for a customer service teleoperator with German language skills in the banking sector in Sevilla. The selected candidate will receive comprehensive training and will grow personally and professionally while playing an essential role in maintaining our leadership as a contact center company.

Qualifications

• Native level proficiency in German (online test will be conducted).
• Experience in the banking sector.
• Good knowledge of office software, especially Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Highly agile with computer tools.
• Experience in customer service in the banking sector.
• Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent spoken and written communication; will handle phone, email, web questionnaires, and chat.
