Job Overview:
The Assistant Manager β Business Development(B2B) is responsible for driving sales growth and developing new customers in the masterbatch and polymer fillers segment. The role involves understanding customer applications, promoting suitable product solutions, maintaining long-term relationships, and achieving assigned sales and recovery targets. This position requires a balance of technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and strong relationship management skills.
