• Support and advise stakeholders on procurement approaches and requirements, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to facilitate sourcing outcomes (e.g., quotations/tenders and clarifications).
• Review work processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness (e.g., templates, trackers and standard operating procedures).
• Coordinate procurement documentation and records to ensure completeness and proper record-keeping (e.g., approval records and supporting procurement documentation).
