The role focuses on providing proactive advice and support to clients and the Investment Advisor, deepening existing relationships and welcoming new clients to the firm.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings and events for the Investment Advisor with clients and prospects, including agenda planning, documentation, post‑meeting follow‑up, and attendance when required.
• Provide proactive client service and resolve inquiries, working with various departments to deliver timely solutions.
• Respond to client account inquiries and own follow‑ups.
• Develop and execute business plans, client segmentation exercises, and client service plans.
