This role oversees the development and administration of the university budget, ensures compliance with financial and regulatory requirements, and delivers senior-level financial support and on-going financial analyses to the Chief Operations Officer and other executive leadership. The position also manages departmental business operations, campus compliance, contractual agreements, and risk management functions.
