We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Treatment Director (LCSW) who places trauma informed care at the center of their practice and is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of youth in foster care. This role is ideal for a clinician who understands the profound impact of trauma, loss, and disrupted attachment, and who is dedicated to creating environments that promote safety, trust, healing, and resilience.The Assistant Treatment Director will provide compassionate clinical leadership, therapeutic oversight, and direct support to children and families navigating complex emotional and behavioral needs.
