Associate Town Planner

The Team & Focus of the Role

Would you like to join our established and driven Strategic Planning Team in Ashby, Birmingham or Manchester? We're looking for a new member of the team to join us to help support and build the team in providing planning consultancy services.

Sitting within our Planning Team, you will be working closely with colleagues across the 800 people strong business to identify cross-divisional opportunities and develop new client relationships. You will also take the lead on interesting and innovative planning projects compromising a varied workload from residential, commercial, retail and leisure projects, undertaking site appraisals, site promotion and planning applications.

This is a permanent, full-time position based on a 37.5-hour week (Monday to Friday). We also operate a hybrid working policy.
