Sime Darby Auto Engineering Sdn. Bhd.
  • Implement & support to ensure the effective and timely resolution of Kube Workflow.
  • Work with project managers and users to define application requirements, locate viable solution alternatives, implement, test, and support the selected solution.
  • Convert system requirement into software architecture and design documentation.
  • To assist user with problem resolution and escalate appropriately.
  • To prepare training and users materials for training purposes
  • Work with group IT or vendor on any required modification or workaround solution & data conversion.
  • Document solutions to problem regarding standard BS applications and record them in the BS knowledge base and ensure proper filling.
  • Provide and maintain written documentation of business application procedures.
