• Primary responsibilities will be to research, develop, and build content for a technical audience, including Online/Offline User Guides, manuals, hands-on product training guides, troubleshooting and FAQ documents.
• Work closely with Engineering teams to create and maintain documents for product throughout their life-cycle.
