**Job Description**

Associate, Technology Operations Engineering monitors and maintains technology systems or network infrastructure, provides technical support, and collaborates on the development of new technologies and procedures to align with business objectives.

**Responsibilities**

+ Monitor application and infrastructure health using enterprise monitoring and observability tools
+ Configure and maintain alerting mechanisms to ensure timely detection and response to incidents
+ Develop and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into system performance, availability, and key metrics
+ Analyze metrics, logs, and traces to proactively identify issues and support root cause analysis
